I’ve had two bad experiences with the cashier number 3511952. Both times she was extremely rude, bad attitude, and inattentive. She had made the mistake of checking a $38 item twice because she was socializing and laughing with a coworker. My friend politely asked her to double check and the whole time this girl was just being extremely rude. Worst customer service I have ever received. Had a bad attitude, didn’t apologize.. she asked my friend to take out the product so she could see which it was. “Ummm I can’t see if you don’t show me the item” and then once she took the items out the girl rudely said “oohhhhkay….” Very rudely toned. And then continued to be sassy and say “well? Did you want me to put it away for you too??” Hope to never have her as a cashier again- ruined our experience shopping there.

Beware shopping here. While the product is good and meets your memory and expectation, this store thinks that price signs that say “2 for $6” means that each item is $6 unless you buy MORE than two items. When this issue brought up at cash register that the item was marked as “2 for $6” the cashier refused to acknowledge the marked sign and instead charged $6 per item. Watch the price at this store and make sure you don’t fall victim to their fraudulent and misrepresented pricing.

They wouldn't let me leave a review about the online store, so I picked the closest one to me. The good thing about Old Navy is that you get to feel thinner than you really are. They make their clothing, on average, one size smaller than you really are (normally a size 10? You're a size 8 at Old Navy). I come here when I need a tank tops for $5-$10 or jeans under $20 because they're always having a sale. The quality is decent. I mean what's a little child labor when you need cheap clothing? jk...kinda? I mean, "if we're gonna start telling the truth around here, I'm going to bed" (House of Yes).

This place is either under staffed or has poor management. The checkout line is always long and if you have to return an item you're going to need a Snickers bar along with your patience. The store itself is clean and have plenty of selections. The staff I have encountered have been friendly and helpful but tend to be in a hurry to go somewhere else. Either to help another customer or go in the back room. My experience was pleasant for the most part until we got in line to checkout. Two cashiers with one helping a customer doing returns. I will probably avoid shopping here again. This was my third visit and it's still the same problems.

Love Old Navy. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice affordable clothes for different ages and sizes. And they have tall sizes on line that you can return to the store if needed. :)

I always find *something* I’m looking for at Old Navy. I like to start there and then move on to other stores. There are usually good sales and a good selection across all departments. Today I was looking for back to school clothes for my kids and got quite a hit for a very reasonable price.

The store is big with a variety of selections. I just find the cashier, Nathalie, unfriendly and snobbish unlike the other staff who were all smiling and ready to help.

Old Navy is the only place I can find pants that I truly love. Might go to our the pixie pants for work and you can’t beat the sales they have going on. This location is larger than the location. I usually go to. This location is always well stocked and put together. The staff is very friendly and welcoming as well.
